Eric Larose, Ludovic Margerin, Arnaud Derode, Bart van Tiggelen, Michel Campillo, Nikolai Shapiro, Anne Paul, Laurent Stehly, and Mickael Tanter received 2006 Honorable Mention (Geophysics) for their paper Correlation of random wavefields: An interdisciplinary review. [1]
Biography 2006 [2]
Anne Paul received an M.Sc. (1982) in geophysics from EOST at the University of Strasbourg, France, and a Ph.D. (1986) in geophysics from the University of Grenoble, France. In 1988–2000, she was a research assistant in the Laboratory of Geophysics and Tectonophysics, National Council for Scientific Research with the University of Grenoble, and she became research professor in the same department in 2000. Paul’s research interests include the physics of wave propagation in heterogeneous media and imaging of the lithospheric structure of continental collision zones using seismic waves.
