This award recognizes individuals who have significantly expanded the goals and impact of the Foundation’s funding efforts by leveraging their network and influence. It recognizes specifically not just financial contributions but the power of networking and advocacy in advancing geosciences, in particular geophysics, and promoting positive change. Recipients of this award have stood out as leaders, performed unique and impactful actions for the Foundation, or have gone above and beyond in their support. This Award is only made during selected years to an individual at the Foundation Directors choice and discretion.
