Honorable Mention (Geophysics) 2007
Børge Arntsen, Lars Wensaas, Helge Loseth, and Christian Hermanrud received 2007 Honorable Mention (Geophysics) for their paper Seismic modeling of gas chimneys.[1]
Biography 2007[2]
Helge Løseth received a Cand. Scient. (1985) in structural geology from the University of Bergen. He worked as an explorationist at Total Norsk Marine from 1985 through 1988. From 1988 through 1997, he worked at IKU (now Sintef Petroleum Reserach). He joined Statoil in 1997 and is now a senior geologist, working with seismic interpretation and structural geology
