SEG Presidential Award 2023
President Ken Tubman presented Mandi Duckworth with the SEG Presidential Award in 2023 for consistently delivering tremendous value to SEG. She went above and beyond her usual excellence and established a strong position as a leader in the organization. Mandi plays a critical role evaluating and modifying bylaws, policy, and procedures. She brings a much needed and very appreciated willingness to look at things differently and propose possibilities. She makes meaningful contributions to the direction of SEG, and its strong culture.

President Fred Aminzadeh presented Mandi Duckworth with the SEG Presidential Award in 2008 for her outstanding contributions to the Society during 2007-2008.
