Hi There! I'm Leonardo, a colombian guy passionate about geophysics and its application in civil engineering problems. While I was attending my undergraduate lectures, I realized borehole surveys sometimes could not be enough to understand the complexity of different geological settings. Fortunately, I got a part time job in a consulting company reviewing and editing geotechnical/geological reports under supervision of a senior geologist, and thanks to it, like a discovering a brand new world, I found applied geophysics. Since this early experience, I decided to get more involved with geophysics and pursue a career as a geoscientist. So, I got my master degree on Geophysics and my civil engineer major at Universidad Nacional de Colombia (National University of Colombia).

I love computers, coding and swimming (despite I'm very bad at them). I like Italian food and cold lemonade. I like seismic methods but I feel myself more as an enthusiast of electromagnetic methods.
