In Figure 6, the input wavelet is the minimum-phase equivalent of the input wavelet of Figure 5, and the desired output wavelet is the minimum-phase equivalent of the desired output wavelet in Figure 5. In theory, the memory part of the filter should do the work, whereas the anticipation part ideally should be zero. The reason the anticipation part is not strictly zero is because the data windows are of finite rather than infinite length.
