SEG Best Paper in Geophysics Award 1976

Ralph A. Wiggins, Ken Larner, and Robert D. Wisecup received the 1977 SEG Best Paper in Geophysics Award for their paper Residual static analysis as a general linear inverse problem.[1]


Biography 1976[2]

R. Dan Wisecup received his undergraduate degree in physics from Ohio State University in 1967. He was employed by Shell Oil Co. from 1968 to 1970 and a geophysicist and has been with Western Geophysical Co. since 1970 as geophysical data analyst, intepreter, seismologist, research geophysicist, and senior geophysicist specializing in land survey problems.
