The Nationwide Geophysical Student Workshops "GEOSPHERE" are an annual meeting of students from almost all Polish university geosciences departments. The workshops are a unique occasion to meet other young geophysics enthusiasts to discuss different issues that are related to geophysics and geology. The Geosphere is also a great way to learn new methods of acquisition and interpretation under the leadership of academics from different universities and scientific organisations.

The event provide lectures, students sessions, field measurements using shallow Geophysical methods and workshops conducted by experts from Polish and foreign institutes. The GEOSPHERE is a great opportunity to meet the best Geophysical specialists during the lectures and fieldtrips. Workshops are an annual conference for young Geoscientists that is very unique because it connects both fieldwork and lectures during which participants have a unique occasion to become familiar with the newest acquisition and interpretation methods.

This project promotes geoscience initiatives, encourages people to pursue a career in the geosciences, engages other SEG Student Chapters and strengthens the Chapter-industry relationship. The workshops are a unique occasion to meet other young Geophysics enthusiasts to discuss different issues that are related to Geophysics, Geology and other Earth sciences. The GEOSPHERE is also a great way to learn new methods of acquisition and interpretation under the leadership of academics from different universities and scientific organizations.
