Model G-801 Proton Precession Magnetometer made by Geometrics. The sensor had a rear bulkhead, and the front bulkhead was terminated with the marine towing cable. The entire tube was filled with light kerosene, or Seismic cable fluid (called Naroma). The kerosene was the proton source.
