Joseph H. Rosenbaum attended Lowell Technological Institute and Clark University, and served in the U. S. Navy during World War II. From 1950 to 1956, he worked for the U. S. Naval Ornance Laboratory, exxcept for a year's teaching assignment at Lowell Technological Institute in 1953-54 Since 1956, he as been employed by Shell Development Co. in Houston.
