James S. Burns
James Burns received an associate’s degree (1965) in electronics technology from Trenton Technical Institute, New Jersey. After working for geophysical contractors for 12 years, he joined Exxon Production Research Company in 1980, where he participated in geophysical acquisition research projects in land and marine environments. Burns is a senior engineering technologist with ExxonMobil Upstream Research Company in Houston, Texas.
