吸收
(ab sorp’ sh∂n or ab zorp’ sh∂n)
1.地震波在介质中传播时一部分能量转换为热的过程。地震波吸收的数量级通常是0.25dB/cycle,甚至可达到0.5dB/cycle,也就是每周0.25或0.5分贝。
能量的吸收和振幅及速度随着频率的变化有关,所以吸收是高频能量衰减以及波形变化的原因之一。
2.放射能变为其他形式能量的过程。
3.一种物质的分子或离子进入某种固体或液体内部的过程。
