Ralph B. Ross (1910 - 1999) was a geophysicist with Gulf Research and Development Co. when he joined SEG in 1938. Mr. Ross was the 1956 President of the Canadian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (CSEG). He was awarded SEG Life Membership in 1981 for his service to the SEG.[1]
