'''Richard S. Smith''' graduated from the University of Adelaide, South Australia in 1983
 
with a B.Sc. (Honours) from Economic Geology Dept. He received two M.Sc. degrees, one from
 
the Unversity of Toronto and one from the Unversity of Adelaide, both in 1985, and both
 
involved research in exploration geophysics. Currently he is studying for the Ph.D. at
 
the University of Toronto. His research interests are in controlled-source transient
